I started at my company not long ago, so I felt a bit shy asking HR for documents already, but I explained that I wanted to prepare early and they were fine with it 🙂 From what I was told, it helps to check the required papers ahead of time because some company documents may take a few days. I’m not giving official advice, just sharing that asking early in a simple and calm way made it much less awkward than I expected.

Chào mọi người, mình chỉ muốn chia sẻ một ghi chú nhỏ từ quá trình chuẩn bị gia hạn visa của mình. Mình mới vào công ty chưa lâu nên cũng hơi ngại khi đã phải hỏi HR về giấy tờ, nhưng mình giải thích rằng mình muốn chuẩn bị sớm và họ thấy ổn với điều đó 🙂 Theo những gì mình được biết, việc kiểm tra trước các giấy tờ cần thiết sẽ hữu ích vì một số giấy tờ của công ty có thể mất vài ngày. Mình không đưa ra lời khuyên chính thức, chỉ muốn chia sẻ rằng việc hỏi sớm theo cách đơn giản và bình tĩnh đã khiến mọi chuyện bớt ngại hơn mình nghĩ rất nhiều.
