A senior from my current workplace recommended me to another company, and I already had a short interview there last week 😊 The manager said they are interested, but now I’m stuck because they just told me to “prepare the visa papers slowly” and I have no idea what should happen first 😭 My current contract finishes in a few months, so I’m scared I will miss the right timing or make trouble with my present company. For people who changed jobs after someone introduced you, did you wait for the new contract first, talk to the current boss first, or contact immigration first??

Một anh/chị tiền bối ở công ty hiện tại đã giới thiệu tôi sang một công ty khác, và tuần trước tôi đã có một buổi phỏng vấn ngắn ở đó rồi 😊 Quản lý nói rằng họ quan tâm, nhưng giờ tôi đang bị kẹt vì họ vừa bảo tôi “từ từ chuẩn bị giấy tờ visa” và tôi hoàn toàn không biết nên làm gì trước 😭 Hợp đồng hiện tại của tôi sẽ hết hạn sau vài tháng nữa, nên tôi sợ mình sẽ bỏ lỡ thời điểm thích hợp hoặc gây rắc rối cho công ty hiện tại. Với những ai đã đổi việc sau khi có người giới thiệu, bạn đã đợi hợp đồng mới trước, nói với sếp hiện tại trước, hay liên hệ với cơ quan xuất nhập cảnh trước??
