Small happy update from my job search in Korea 🙂 I had an interview this week, and my friend told me the company probably wouldn’t consider my visa situation until much later, but the HR person said they actually wanted to check early so there are no surprises. I know nothing is final yet, but just hearing them talk seriously about the hiring steps made me feel really encouraged. After many quiet applications, this felt like a real little win.

Một cập nhật nhỏ nhưng vui từ hành trình tìm việc của tôi ở Hàn Quốc 🙂 Tuần này tôi đã có một buổi phỏng vấn, và bạn tôi nói rằng có lẽ công ty sẽ chưa xem xét tình trạng visa của tôi cho đến tận rất lâu sau đó, nhưng người phụ trách nhân sự lại nói họ thực ra muốn kiểm tra sớm để không có bất ngờ nào. Tôi biết mọi thứ هنوز chưa có gì là chắc chắn, nhưng chỉ cần nghe họ nói nghiêm túc về các bước tuyển dụng thôi cũng đã khiến tôi cảm thấy thật sự được khích lệ. Sau nhiều lần nộp hồ sơ trong im lặng, điều này giống như một chiến thắng nhỏ thực sự.
