I finished my last week at the company recently, and I realized the biggest thing was not the final salary or settlement, but finding enough time to close everything properly. Between handover notes, returning equipment, saying goodbye to coworkers, and checking visa-related documents, the days disappeared so fast 🙂
I finished my last week at the company recently, and I realized the biggest thing was not the final salary or settlement, but finding enough time to close everything properly. Between handover notes, returning equipment, saying goodbye to coworkers, and checking visa-related documents, the days disappeared so fast 🙂 My small advice from this experience: start organizing your files and contacts at least two weeks before your last day if you can. Even when the company is cooperative, you may still need quiet time to double-check things without rushing.
