Hi everyone, just wanted to share a small win from my last week at work 🙂 I finished my resignation handover and final settlement meeting, and even though most of the official 안내 papers were only in Korean, I was able to follow everything with my own checklist and a few careful questions. HR gave me the breakdown, I checked my remaining leave and final pay items, and it felt really good to handle it calmly instead of feeling lost. After working here for a few years, this was one of those quiet moments where I realized my daily Korean office survival skills actually improved a lot.

Chào mọi người, mình chỉ muốn chia sẻ một niềm vui nhỏ từ tuần làm việc vừa rồi của mình 🙂 Mình đã hoàn tất việc bàn giao khi nghỉ việc và buổi họp chốt thanh toán cuối cùng, và dù hầu hết các giấy tờ hướng dẫn chính thức chỉ bằng tiếng Hàn, mình vẫn có thể theo dõi mọi thứ nhờ danh sách kiểm tra của riêng mình và một vài câu hỏi cẩn thận. Phòng nhân sự đã đưa cho mình bảng phân tích chi tiết, mình kiểm tra số ngày phép còn lại và các khoản lương cuối cùng, và mình thấy thật dễ chịu khi xử lý mọi thứ một cách bình tĩnh thay vì cảm thấy bối rối. Sau khi làm việc ở đây vài năm, đây là một trong những khoảnh khắc yên lặng mà mình nhận ra kỹ năng sinh tồn nơi văn phòng Hàn Quốc hằng ngày của mình वास्तव ra đã tiến bộ rất nhiều.
