My team mentioned that having a job-related certificate could be useful for my future role and maybe for visa documents later, but they didn’t really explain the steps, so I started collecting everything myself 🙂 What helped me so far: write down the exact Korean name of the certificate, check if the exam has a practical part, ask a Korean coworker to confirm the registration page, and keep screenshots/receipts in one folder. Also, I learned it’s better to ask the company early if exam day counts as leave, because every workplace seems to handle it differently.

Nhóm của tôi có nhắc rằng việc có một chứng chỉ liên quan đến công việc có thể hữu ích cho vai trò của tôi trong tương lai và có thể cả cho giấy tờ visa sau này, nhưng họ không thực sự giải thích các bước, nên tôi đã tự mình bắt đầu thu thập mọi thứ 🙂 Những gì đã giúp tôi cho đến nay: ghi lại chính xác tên tiếng Hàn của chứng chỉ, kiểm tra xem kỳ thi có phần thực hành hay không, nhờ một đồng nghiệp người Hàn xác nhận trang đăng ký, và lưu ảnh chụp màn hình/biên lai trong một thư mục. Ngoài ra, tôi cũng biết rằng tốt hơn là nên hỏi công ty sớm xem ngày thi có được tính là nghỉ phép hay không, vì mỗi nơi làm việc dường như xử lý việc này khác nhau.
