I’m in my last week at the company and doing the exit/settlement talks now. Nothing dramatic, but it’s funny how every person explains it a little differently: HR said one date, accounting said another, and my manager said “probably before the end of the month.” I’m on a work visa, so I’m trying to keep my notes tidy and not misunderstand anything 🙂 Has anyone else had this small confusion during resignation, even when everyone is being nice?

Tôi đang ở tuần cuối cùng tại công ty và hiện đang trao đổi về thủ tục nghỉ việc/quyết toán. Không có gì nghiêm trọng, nhưng cũng buồn cười là mỗi người lại giải thích hơi khác một chút: HR nói một ngày, kế toán nói ngày khác, còn quản lý của tôi thì nói “chắc là trước cuối tháng.” Tôi đang dùng visa lao động, nên tôi cố gắng ghi chú cho gọn gàng và không hiểu sai điều gì 🙂 Có ai khác cũng từng gặp sự nhầm lẫn nhỏ này trong lúc nghỉ việc, ngay cả khi mọi người đều rất tử tế không?
