What helped me was: 1) send available time slots clearly, 2) keep my resume and documents saved on my phone, 3) prepare 3 simple answers about experience, start date, and visa status. It made the interview feel less rushed, so maybe it can help someone else too 🙂

Bu hafta bo‘lgan suhbatimdan navbatma-navbat ishlaydiganlar uchun kichik bir maslahat ulashmoqchiman. Kunduzgi smena bilan kechki tayyorgarlik orasida menga atigi bir soat bo‘sh vaqt bor edi, shuning uchun avval qisqa onlayn suhbat o‘tkazishni kompaniyadan muloyimlik bilan so‘radim, keyin jadvalimni tekshirib, keyingi bosqichni tasdiqladim. Menga foyda berganlar: 1) mavjud vaqt oralig‘ini aniq yuborish, 2) rezyume va hujjatlarimni telefonda saqlab qo‘yish, 3) tajriba, ish boshlash sanasi va viza holati haqida 3 ta sodda javob tayyorlash. Bu suhbatni kamroq shoshilinch qildi, shuning uchun balki boshqalarga ham yordam berar 🙂
