Hi everyone, just sharing a small note from my visa extension prep. I started at my company not long ago, so I felt a bit shy asking HR for documents already, but I explained that I wanted to prepare early and they were fine with it 🙂 From what I was told, it helps to check the required papers ahead of time because some company documents may take a few days. I’m not giving official advice, just sharing that asking early in a simple and calm way made it much less awkward than I expected.

Hammaga salom, vizamni uzaytirishga tayyorgarligimdan kichik bir eslatmani ulashmoqchiman. Men kompaniyaga yaqinda ishga kirganim uchun HR’dan hujjatlar so‘rashga biroz uyaldim, lekin oldindan tayyorlanmoqchi ekanimni tushuntirdim va ular bunga bemalol qarashdi 🙂 Menga aytilishicha, kerakli hujjatlarni oldindan tekshirib qo‘yish foydali, chunki ayrim kompaniya hujjatlarini tayyorlashga bir necha kun ketishi mumkin. Men rasmiy maslahat bermayapman, faqat oddiy va xotirjam tarzda oldindan so‘rash o‘ylaganimdan ancha kam noqulay bo‘lganini ulashmoqchiman.
