I finished my last week at the company recently, and I realized the biggest thing was not the final salary or settlement, but finding enough time to close everything properly. Between handover notes, returning equipment, saying goodbye to coworkers, and checking visa-related documents, the days disappeared so fast 🙂

I finished my last week at the company recently, and I realized the biggest thing was not the final salary or settlement, but finding enough time to close everything properly. Between handover notes, returning equipment, saying goodbye to coworkers, and checking visa-related documents, the days disappeared so fast 🙂 My small advice from this experience: start organizing your files and contacts at least two weeks before your last day if you can. Even when the company is cooperative, you may still need quiet time to double-check things without rushing.

Men yaqinda kompaniyadagi oxirgi haftamni tugatdim va eng katta masala oxirgi maosh yoki hisob-kitob emas, balki hamma narsani to‘g‘ri yopib tugatish uchun yetarli vaqt topish ekanini angladim. Topshirish yozuvlari, uskunalarni qaytarish, hamkasblar bilan xayrlashish va viza bilan bog‘liq hujjatlarni tekshirish orasida kunlar juda tez o‘tib ketdi 🙂 Ushbu tajribadan olgan kichik maslahatım: imkoningiz bo‘lsa, oxirgi ish kuningizdan kamida ikki hafta oldin fayllaringiz va kontaktlaringizni tartibga sola boshlang. Kompaniya hamkorlik qilsa ham, shoshilmasdan hamma narsani qayta tekshirish uchun sizga sokin vaqt kerak bo‘lishi mumkin.
