I’m in my last week at the company and doing the exit/settlement talks now. Nothing dramatic, but it’s funny how every person explains it a little differently: HR said one date, accounting said another, and my manager said “probably before the end of the month.” I’m on a work visa, so I’m trying to keep my notes tidy and not misunderstand anything 🙂 Has anyone else had this small confusion during resignation, even when everyone is being nice?

Men hozir kompaniyadagi so‘nggi haftamdaman va chiqish/yakuniy hisob-kitob bo‘yicha suhbatlarni olib boryapman. Hech qanday dramatik holat yo‘q, ammo qiziq tomoni shundaki, har bir odam buni biroz boshqacharoq tushuntiradi: HR bir sanani aytdi, buxgalteriya boshqasini aytdi, menejerim esa “ehtimol oy oxiridan oldin” dedi. Men ish vizasida yuribman, shuning uchun qaydlarimni tartibli saqlashga va hech narsani noto‘g‘ri tushunmaslikka harakat qilyapman 🙂 Yana kimdadir ham iste’fo paytida, hamma muloyim bo‘lsa ham, shunday kichik chalkashlik bo‘lganmi?
