Hi everyone, I’m planning to leave my company soon and I’m a bit nervous about the final payment talk. There is nobody at my workplace who can translate for me, and when I get stressed my Korean becomes almost zero 😅 I want to ask clearly about my last salary, remaining days off, and any documents they need from me, but I don’t know how to say it in a polite way. For people who already went through leaving a job here, what points should I prepare before talking to HR or the manager?

สวัสดีทุกคน ฉันวางแผนจะลาออกจากบริษัทในเร็วๆ นี้ และรู้สึกกังวลนิดหน่อยเกี่ยวกับการคุยเรื่องเงินงวดสุดท้าย ไม่มีใครในที่ทำงานที่ช่วยแปลให้ฉันได้ และพอฉันเครียด ภาษาเกาหลีของฉันแทบจะเป็นศูนย์ 😅 ฉันอยากถามให้ชัดเจนเกี่ยวกับเงินเดือนงวดสุดท้าย วันหยุดที่เหลืออยู่ และเอกสารที่พวกเขาต้องการจากฉัน แต่ไม่รู้จะพูดอย่างสุภาพยังไง สำหรับคนที่เคยผ่านการลาออกจากงานที่นี่มาแล้ว ควรเตรียมประเด็นอะไรบ้างก่อนคุยกับ HR หรือผู้จัดการ?
