I asked HR twice because I didn’t want to misunderstand anything, and today they gave me a simple breakdown and a written note of what will be checked after my last working day. It was not dramatic at all, just calm and respectful, and that made me feel like I finished this chapter properly.

วันนี้เป็นวันสุดท้ายของฉันที่บริษัท และฉันรู้สึกภูมิใจในตัวเองอย่างแปลก ๆ 🙂 ก่อนจากไป เพื่อนบางคนบอกฉันว่าการเคลียร์เงินเดือนงวดสุดท้ายและค่าลาพักร้อนที่ไม่ได้ใช้ อาจทำให้สับสนได้ แต่บริษัทของฉันก็ย้ำเสมอว่าจะอธิบายทุกอย่างให้ชัดเจนตามรอบจ่ายเงินปกติ ฉันถามฝ่าย HR ถึงสองครั้ง เพราะไม่อยากเข้าใจอะไรผิด และวันนี้พวกเขาได้อธิบายแบบง่าย ๆ พร้อมทั้งให้บันทึกเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรว่าจะมีการตรวจสอบอะไรบ้างหลังจากวันทำงานสุดท้ายของฉัน มันไม่ได้ดราม่าอะไรเลย แค่สงบและให้เกียรติกัน และนั่นทำให้ฉันรู้สึกว่าฉันได้ปิดบทนี้อย่างเหมาะสม
