I’m in my last week at the company and doing the exit/settlement talks now. Nothing dramatic, but it’s funny how every person explains it a little differently: HR said one date, accounting said another, and my manager said “probably before the end of the month.” I’m on a work visa, so I’m trying to keep my notes tidy and not misunderstand anything 🙂 Has anyone else had this small confusion during resignation, even when everyone is being nice?

Я сейчас на последней неделе в компании и как раз прохожу переговоры по увольнению/расчёту. Ничего драматичного, но забавно, как каждый человек объясняет это немного по-разному: HR назвал одну дату, бухгалтерия — другую, а мой менеджер сказал: «вероятно, до конца месяца». Я работаю по рабочей визе, поэтому стараюсь держать свои заметки в порядке и ничего не понять неправильно 🙂 У кого-нибудь ещё была такая небольшая путаница во время увольнения, даже когда все настроены доброжелательно?
