I started at my company not long ago, so I felt a bit shy asking HR for documents already, but I explained that I wanted to prepare early and they were fine with it 🙂 From what I was told, it helps to check the required papers ahead of time because some company documents may take a few days. नमस्ते सबैजना, भिसा विस्तारको तयारीबारे एउटा सानो नोट मात्र साझा गर्दैछु। म कम्पनीमा हालसालै मात्र सुरु गरेको थिएँ, त्यसैले HR सँग कागजातहरू माग्न अलि लाज लागिरहेको थियो, तर मैले पहिले नै तयारी गर्न चाहेको भनेर बताएँ र उहाँहरूलाई त्यसमा कुनै समस्या थिएन 🙂 मलाई भनिएअनुसार, आवश्यक कागजातहरू पहिल्यै जाँच गर्नु उपयोगी हुन्छ, किनकि केही कम्पनीका कागजातहरू आउन केही दिन लाग्न सक्छ। म यो आधिकारिक सल्लाह होइन, केवल यत्ति साझा गर्दैछु कि सरल र शान्त तरिकाले चाँडै नै सोध्दा मैले सोचेभन्दा धेरै कम अप्ठ्यारो भयो।
