I’m in my last week at the company and doing the exit/settlement talks now. Nothing dramatic, but it’s funny how every person explains it a little differently: HR said one date, accounting said another, and my manager said “probably before the end of the month.” I’m on a work visa, so I’m trying to keep my notes tidy and not misunderstand anything 🙂 Has anyone else had this small confusion during resignation, even when everyone is being nice?

म अहिले कम्पनीमा मेरो अन्तिम हप्तामा छु र अहिले निकास/समायोजन सम्बन्धी कुराकानी गरिरहेको छु। केही नाटकीय छैन, तर रमाइलो कुरा के छ भने हरेक व्यक्तिले यसलाई अलि फरक तरिकाले बुझाइरहेका छन्: HR ले एउटा मिति भन्यो, लेखा विभागले अर्को भन्यो, र मेरो प्रबन्धकले "सायद महिनाको अन्त्यअघि" भने। म work visa मा छु, त्यसैले म मेरा टिपोटहरू व्यवस्थित राख्न र केही पनि गलत नबुझ्न प्रयास गरिरहेको छु 🙂 के अरू कसैलाई पनि राजीनामाको बेला यस्तो सानो अन्योल भएको छ, जबकि सबैजना विनम्र नै थिए?
