I started at my company not long ago, so I felt a bit shy asking HR for documents already, but I explained that I wanted to prepare early and they were fine with it 🙂 From what I was told, it helps to check the required papers ahead of time because some company documents may take a few days. အားလုံးကို မင်္ဂလာပါ၊ ဗီဇာသက်တမ်းတိုးရန် ပြင်ဆင်နေချိန်မှာ ရခဲ့တဲ့ အတွေ့အကြုံလေးတစ်ခုကို မျှဝေချင်ပါတယ်။ ကျွန်မ ကုမ္ပဏီမှာ စဝင်တာ မကြာသေးတာကြောင့် HR ဆီက စာရွက်စာတမ်းတွေ တောင်းရတာ နည်းနည်း ရှက်မိပေမယ့်၊ အစောတည်းက ပြင်ဆင်ချင်တာကို ရှင်းပြလိုက်တော့ သူတို့က အဆင်ပြေတယ်လို့ ပြောခဲ့ပါတယ် 🙂 ကျွန်မ သိရသလောက်တော့ လိုအပ်တဲ့ စာရွက်စာတမ်းগুলোကို ကြိုတင်စစ်ဆေးထားတာက ကောင်းပါတယ်၊ အကြောင်းက ကုမ္ပဏီစာရွက်စာတမ်းတချို့က ရက်အနည်းငယ်ကြာနိုင်လို့ပါ။ ဒါဟာ တရားဝင်အကြံပေးချက်မဟုတ်ပါဘူး၊ ရိုးရိုးရှင်းရှင်းနဲ့ အေးအေးဆေးဆေး အစောတည်းက မေးလိုက်တာက ထင်ထားတာထက် အရှက်ရမှု နည်းသွားခဲ့တယ် ဆိုတာကိုပဲ မျှဝေလိုက်တာပါ။
