ဒီတစ်ပတ်ရဲ့ အလုပ်ဗီဇာသုံးသပ်ချက်လေးပါ 😊 အလုပ်ပြီးလို့ ခွင့်ပြုချက် မက်ဆေ့ချ်ရလာပြီး၊ အပြင်သွားမယ့်အစား အိမ်ပြန်ပြီး ကိုယ့်မိသားစု အိမ်ပြန်တိုင်း အမြဲလုပ်စားတဲ့ အစားအစာကို ချက်ခဲ့တယ် 🍲😭 ဗီဇာလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်က အဓိကအားဖြင့် စောင့်ဆိုင်းရတာနဲ့ စစ်ဆေးရတာပဲလိုလို ခံစားရပေမယ့်၊ အဲဒီထမင်းတစ်ခွက်က “ကောင်းပြီ၊ ဒီမှာပဲ ကိုယ့်ဘဝကို ဆက်လက်တည်ဆောက်နိုင်တယ်” လို့ ခံစားစေခဲ့တယ်။ ဗီဇာကြီးကြီးမားမား ဒါမှမဟုတ် အလုပ်ဆိုင်ရာ အရေးကြီးတဲ့ အခိုက်အတန့်တွေပြီးရင် သင်လည်း ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ ဇာတိအစားအစာကို လိုချင်လာတတ်ပါသလား? ပထမဆုံး ဘာကို ချက်စားမလဲ? 🙂
