I’m in my last week at the company and doing the exit/settlement talks now. Nothing dramatic, but it’s funny how every person explains it a little differently: HR said one date, accounting said another, and my manager said “probably before the end of the month.” I’m on a work visa, so I’m trying to keep my notes tidy and not misunderstand anything 🙂 Has anyone else had this small confusion during resignation, even when everyone is being nice?

ကျွန်တော်/ကျွန်မ ကုမ္ပဏီမှာ နောက်ဆုံးအပတ်ကို ရောက်နေပြီး အခု အလုပ်ထွက်ခြင်း/ငွေရှင်းခြင်း ဆိုင်ရာ ဆွေးနွေးမှုတွေ လုပ်နေပါတယ်။ ဘာမှ ကြီးကြီးမားမား မဟုတ်ပေမယ့် လူတိုင်းက ဒီကိစ္စကို နည်းနည်းစီ မတူအောင် ရှင်းပြကြတာကတော့ ရယ်စရာကောင်းပါတယ်။ HR က ရက်စွဲတစ်မျိုး ပြောတယ်၊ စာရင်းကိုင်ဌာနက တစ်မျိုး ပြောတယ်၊ မန်နေဂျာကတော့ “လကုန်မတိုင်ခင်လောက် ဖြစ်မယ်ထင်တယ်” လို့ ပြောတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်/ကျွန်မက အလုပ်ဗီဇာနဲ့ နေနေတာမို့ မှတ်စုတွေကို သေချာစနစ်တကျ ထားပြီး ဘာမှ အထင်မှားနားလည်မသွားအောင် ကြိုးစားနေပါတယ် 🙂 အားလုံးက သဘောကောင်းကောင်းနဲ့ ဆက်ဆံနေတာတောင် အလုပ်ထွက်ချိန်မှာ ဒီလို အနည်းငယ် ရှုပ်ထွေးမှုမျိုး ကြုံဖူးတဲ့သူ ရှိကြလား?
