I’m in my last week at the company and doing the exit/settlement talks now. Nothing dramatic, but it’s funny how every person explains it a little differently: HR said one date, accounting said another, and my manager said “probably before the end of the month.” I’m on a work visa, so I’m trying to keep my notes tidy and not misunderstand anything 🙂 Has anyone else had this small confusion during resignation, even when everyone is being nice?

Онц ноцтой зүйл байхгүй, гэхдээ хүн бүр үүнийг арай өөрөөр тайлбарлаж байгаа нь сонин юм: HR нэг огноо хэлсэн, нягтлан бодох бүртгэл өөр огноо хэлсэн, харин менежер маань “магадгүй сарын сүүлээс өмнө” гэсэн. Би ажлын визтэй болохоор тэмдэглэлээ цэгцтэй хөтөлж, юуг ч буруу ойлгохгүй байхыг хичээж байна 🙂 Бусад хүмүүст ч гэсэн, бүгд эелдэг байсан ч, ажлаас гарах үед иймэрхүү жижиг төөрөгдөл гарч байсан уу?
