이번 주 면접에서 얻은 작은 팁 하나를 교대 근무를 하는 분들과 나누고 싶어요. 낮 근무와 저녁 준비 사이에 겨우 한 시간만 비어 있어서, 회사에 먼저 짧은 온라인 면접으로 진행해 달라고 정중하게 요청한 뒤 제 일정을 확인하고 다음 단계를 확정했어요. 도움이 되었던 건: 1) 가능한 시간대를 분명하게 보내기, 2) 이력서와 서류를 휴대폰에 저장해 두기, 3) 경력, 입사 가능일, 비자 상태에 대한 간단한 답변 3개를 준비하기였어요. 덕분에 면접이 덜 급하게 느껴졌고, 아마 다른 분에게도 도움이 될 수 있을 것 같아요 🙂
