I asked HR twice because I didn’t want to misunderstand anything, and today they gave me a simple breakdown and a written note of what will be checked after my last working day. It was not dramatic at all, just calm and respectful, and that made me feel like I finished this chapter properly.

오늘이 회사에서의 마지막 날이었는데, 이상할 정도로 스스로가 자랑스러웠어요 🙂 떠나기 전에 몇몇 친구들이 마지막 급여와 미사용 연차 정산이 헷갈릴 수 있다고 말했지만, 우리 회사는 평소 급여 지급 일정에 맞춰 모든 것을 명확하게 설명해 주겠다고 계속 말했어요. 저는 오해하고 싶지 않아서 인사팀에 두 번이나 물어봤고, 오늘 그들은 제 마지막 근무일 이후에 확인될 항목들을 간단히 정리한 설명과 서면 메모를 주었습니다. 전혀 극적이지 않았고, 그저 차분하고 예의 바른 분위기였는데, 덕분에 이 장을 제대로 마무리한 것 같아 기분이 좋았습니다.
