I’m in my last week at the company and doing the exit/settlement talks now. Nothing dramatic, but it’s funny how every person explains it a little differently: HR said one date, accounting said another, and my manager said “probably before the end of the month.” I’m on a work visa, so I’m trying to keep my notes tidy and not misunderstand anything 🙂 Has anyone else had this small confusion during resignation, even when everyone is being nice?

회사의 마지막 주를 보내고 있고 지금 퇴사/정산 관련 이야기를 진행 중이에요. 크게 극적인 일은 없지만, 사람마다 설명을 조금씩 다르게 해서 웃기기도 하네요. HR에서는 한 날짜를 말했고, 회계팀에서는 다른 날짜를 말했고, 제 매니저는 “아마 이번 달 말 전에”라고 했어요. 저는 취업 비자로 일하고 있어서 메모를 깔끔하게 정리하고 아무것도 오해하지 않으려고 하고 있어요 🙂 다들 친절한 상황에서도, 퇴사할 때 이런 사소한 혼선이 있었던 분이 또 있나요?
