Sharing a small tip from my interview this week for anyone working rotating shifts. I had only one free hour between day shift and evening prep, so I asked the company politely for a short online interview first, then confirmed the next step after checking my schedule. What helped me was: 1) send available time slots clearly, 2) keep my resume and documents saved on my phone, 3) prepare 3 simple answers about experience, start date, and visa status. It made the interview feel less rushed, so maybe it can help someone else too 🙂
