I’m in my last week at the company and doing the exit/settlement talks now. Nothing dramatic, but it’s funny how every person explains it a little differently: HR said one date, accounting said another, and my manager said “probably before the end of the month.” I’m on a work visa, so I’m trying to keep my notes tidy and not misunderstand anything 🙂 Has anyone else had this small confusion during resignation, even when everyone is being nice?

ខ្ញុំកំពុងស្ថិតនៅសប្ដាហ៍ចុងក្រោយរបស់ខ្ញុំនៅក្រុមហ៊ុន ហើយឥឡូវនេះកំពុងនិយាយអំពីការចាកចេញ/ការទូទាត់បញ្ចប់។ មិនមានអ្វីធ្ងន់ធ្ងរទេ ប៉ុន្តែវាគួរឲ្យអស់សំណើចបន្តិចដែលមនុស្សម្នាក់ៗពន្យល់វាខុសគ្នាបន្តិច៖ ផ្នែក HR បាននិយាយកាលបរិច្ឆេទមួយ ផ្នែកគណនេយ្យបាននិយាយមួយផ្សេងទៀត ហើយអ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងរបស់ខ្ញុំបាននិយាយថា “ប្រហែលមុនដំណាច់ខែ”។ ខ្ញុំកាន់ទិដ្ឋាការការងារ ដូច្នេះខ្ញុំកំពុងព្យាយាមរៀបចំកំណត់ត្រារបស់ខ្ញុំឲ្យមានរបៀបរៀបរយ និងមិនយល់ច្រឡំអ្វីទាំងអស់ 🙂 តើមានអ្នកណាផ្សេងទៀតធ្លាប់មានការភាន់ច្រឡំតិចតួចបែបនេះនៅពេលលាលែងពីការងារទេ ទោះបីជាមនុស្សគ្រប់គ្នាកំពុងមានភាពរួសរាយក៏ដោយ?
