みなさん、こんにちは。会社での契約更新について少しアドバイスがほしいです。今の契約がもうすぐ終了するのですが、人事とチームリーダーがいつもとても短い返事しかくれず、給与、勤務時間、ビザ関連書類について何が変わるのかまだよく分かりません。何人かの同僚に聞いたのですが、みんな言うことが少しずつ違うので、今は早くサインしすぎるのも、長く待ちすぎるのも怖いです 😥 更新前にこういう状況を経験したことがある人はいますか？
