I know weekend classes can feel like one more thing after a full workweek, so I just wanted to share a happy moment. This Saturday in my Korean writing class, our teacher gave back the midterm essays and mine was picked to read in front of the class. I was so proud because I used to be shy even writing simple sentences on the board. Small win, but it made my whole weekend feel bright 🙂

平日の仕事を終えたあとに週末の授業がもう一つ増えるように感じることもありますが、ちょっとしたうれしい出来事を共有したくなりました。今週土曜日の韓国語ライティングの授業で、先生が中間試験のエッセイを返してくれて、私のものがクラスの前で読むものとして選ばれたんです。昔は、黒板に簡単な文を書くことさえ恥ずかしかったので、とても誇らしかったです。小さな勝利だけど、週末全体が明るく感じられました🙂
