Hi everyone, just wanted to share a small win from my last week at work 🙂 I finished my resignation handover and final settlement meeting, and even though most of the official 안내 papers were only in Korean, I was able to follow everything with my own checklist and a few careful questions. HR gave me the breakdown, I checked my remaining leave and final pay items, and it felt really good to handle it calmly instead of feeling lost. After working here for a few years, this was one of those quiet moments where I realized my daily Korean office survival skills actually improved a lot.

みなさん、こんにちは。先週の仕事でちょっとしたうれしい出来事があったので共有したかったです 🙂 退職の引き継ぎと最終精算の面談を終えました。公式な案内書類のほとんどは韓国語だけでしたが、自分のチェックリストといくつか慎重な質問だけで、すべて理解して進めることができました。人事の方が内訳を説明してくれて、残っている有給休暇と最終給与の項目を確認し、迷うことなく落ち着いて対応できたのが本当に気持ちよかったです。この会社で数年働いた後、毎日の韓国オフィスで生き残るためのスキルが実際にかなり向上したんだと実感した、そんな静かな瞬間のひとつでした。
