Nothing dramatic, but it’s funny how every person explains it a little differently: HR said one date, accounting said another, and my manager said “probably before the end of the month.” I’m on a work visa, so I’m trying to keep my notes tidy and not misunderstand anything 🙂 Has anyone else had this small confusion during resignation, even when everyone is being nice?

会社での最後の週を迎えていて、今ちょうど退職・精算の話し合いをしています。特に大ごとというわけではないのですが、面白いことに人によって少しずつ説明が違うんです。人事はある日付だと言い、経理は別の日付だと言い、上司は「たぶん月末までには」と言っていました。私は就労ビザなので、メモをきちんと整理して、何も誤解しないようにしたいと思っています 🙂 みなさんも、みんな感じよく対応してくれているのに、退職のときにこういうちょっとした混乱を経験したことはありますか？
