Hi everyone, just sharing a small note from my visa extension prep. I started at my company not long ago, so I felt a bit shy asking HR for documents already, but I explained that I wanted to prepare early and they were fine with it 🙂 From what I was told, it helps to check the required papers ahead of time because some company documents may take a few days. I’m not giving official advice, just sharing that asking early in a simple and calm way made it much less awkward than I expected.

नमस्ते सभी को, बस अपने वीज़ा विस्तार की तैयारी से जुड़ी एक छोटी-सी बात साझा कर रहा/रही हूँ। मैंने अपनी कंपनी में अभी ज़्यादा समय पहले काम शुरू नहीं किया है, इसलिए पहले ही HR से दस्तावेज़ माँगते हुए थोड़ा संकोच हो रहा था, लेकिन मैंने समझाया कि मैं पहले से तैयारी करना चाहता/चाहती हूँ और उन्हें इसमें कोई दिक्कत नहीं थी 🙂 मुझे जो बताया गया, उसके अनुसार ज़रूरी कागज़ात पहले से चेक कर लेना मददगार होता है क्योंकि कुछ कंपनी दस्तावेज़ तैयार होने में कुछ दिन लग सकते हैं। मैं कोई आधिकारिक सलाह नहीं दे रहा/रही हूँ, बस इतना साझा कर रहा/रही हूँ कि सरल और शांत तरीके से पहले पूछ लेने से यह उम्मीद से कहीं कम अटपटा लगा।
