A senior from my current workplace recommended me to another company, and I already had a short interview there last week 😊 The manager said they are interested, but now I’m stuck because they just told me to “prepare the visa papers slowly” and I have no idea what should happen first 😭 My current contract finishes in a few months, so I’m scared I will miss the right timing or make trouble with my present company. For people who changed jobs after someone introduced you, did you wait for the new contract first, talk to the current boss first, or contact immigration first??

Hey everyone!! मेरे मौजूदा कार्यस्थल के एक वरिष्ठ ने मुझे एक दूसरी कंपनी में रेफ़र किया, और मेरा वहाँ पिछले हफ्ते एक छोटा-सा इंटरव्यू भी हो गया 😊 मैनेजर ने कहा कि वे रुचि रखते हैं, लेकिन अब मैं उलझन में हूँ क्योंकि उन्होंने अभी मुझे “वीज़ा के कागज़ात धीरे-धीरे तैयार करने” को कहा है और मुझे नहीं पता कि पहले क्या होना चाहिए 😭 मेरा मौजूदा कॉन्ट्रैक्ट कुछ महीनों में खत्म हो रहा है, इसलिए मुझे डर है कि कहीं सही समय चूक न जाऊँ या अपनी वर्तमान कंपनी के साथ कोई परेशानी न खड़ी हो जाए। जिन लोगों ने किसी के रेफ़र करने के बाद नौकरी बदली, क्या आपने पहले नया कॉन्ट्रैक्ट आने का इंतज़ार किया, पहले अपने वर्तमान बॉस से बात की, या पहले इमिग्रेशन से संपर्क किया??
