I’m in my last week at the company and doing the exit/settlement talks now. Nothing dramatic, but it’s funny how every person explains it a little differently: HR said one date, accounting said another, and my manager said “probably before the end of the month.” I’m on a work visa, so I’m trying to keep my notes tidy and not misunderstand anything 🙂 Has anyone else had this small confusion during resignation, even when everyone is being nice?

मैं कंपनी में अपने आख़िरी हफ़्ते में हूँ और अभी एग्ज़िट/सेटलमेंट की बातचीत कर रहा/रही हूँ। कोई नाटकीय बात नहीं है, लेकिन मज़ेदार है कि हर व्यक्ति इसे थोड़ा अलग तरीके से समझाता है: HR ने एक तारीख बताई, अकाउंटिंग ने दूसरी, और मेरे मैनेजर ने कहा, “शायद महीने के अंत से पहले।” मैं वर्क वीज़ा पर हूँ, इसलिए मैं अपनी नोट्स व्यवस्थित रखने और किसी बात को गलत न समझने की कोशिश कर रहा/रही हूँ 🙂 क्या किसी और ने भी इस्तीफ़े के दौरान ऐसी छोटी-सी उलझन का सामना किया है, जबकि सब लोग विनम्र ही थे?
