Ahh renewal season is coming for me soon 😅 The company is fine and the people are nice, so I’m not really stressed about the work itself. But these days I keep thinking less about salary and more about how fast my evenings disappear after commuting, cooking, laundry, and trying to call family back home 🥲 Just wondering if anyone else starts measuring a job by time and energy before signing again?

Ah, la temporada de renovación me llegará pronto 😅 La empresa está bien y la gente es amable, así que en realidad no me estreso mucho por el trabajo en sí. Pero últimamente pienso menos en el salario y más en lo rápido que desaparecen mis tardes después de desplazarme, cocinar, lavar la ropa e intentar llamar a mi familia en casa 🥲 Solo me pregunto si alguien más empieza a medir un trabajo por el tiempo y la energía antes de volver a firmar.
