I started at my company not long ago, so I felt a bit shy asking HR for documents already, but I explained that I wanted to prepare early and they were fine with it 🙂 From what I was told, it helps to check the required papers ahead of time because some company documents may take a few days. I’m not giving official advice, just sharing that asking early in a simple and calm way made it much less awkward than I expected.

Hola a todos, solo comparto una pequeña nota de mi preparación para la extensión de visa. Empecé en mi empresa hace poco, así que me daba un poco de vergüenza pedirle documentos a RR. HH. tan pronto, pero les expliqué que quería prepararme con tiempo y no tuvieron problema con ello 🙂 Por lo que me dijeron, conviene revisar con antelación los documentos necesarios porque algunos documentos de la empresa pueden tardar unos días. No estoy dando consejo oficial, solo comparto que preguntar con tiempo, de forma sencilla y tranquila, hizo que fuera mucho menos incómodo de lo que esperaba.
