Yesterday my roommate and I finished our midterm study session at the kitchen table, and it honestly felt nicer than studying in the library. We made instant coffee, took turns explaining our class notes, and somehow the boring chapters became easier to remember 🙂 Living with someone who is also trying to survive school in Korea reminds me that small routines can make this place feel more like home.

Ayer, mi compañero de piso y yo terminamos nuestra sesión de estudio para los exámenes parciales en la mesa de la cocina, y sinceramente se sintió mejor que estudiar en la biblioteca. Hicimos café instantáneo, nos turnamos para explicar los apuntes de clase y, de algún modo, los capítulos aburridos se volvieron más fáciles de recordar 🙂 Vivir con alguien que también intenta sobrevivir en la escuela en Corea me recuerda que las pequeñas rutinas pueden hacer que este lugar se sienta más como un hogar.
