Main Changes (Summary)
- Inclusion of Ticketing Services: We have clarified the standards related to the sale and management of tickets for performances, culture, sports, e-sports, etc. (reservation/payment, ticket issuance, entrance management). Refund and cancellation standards will be notified in a table on the first booking screen, and we have specified the principles of prohibiting resale and macro fraudulent transactions and minimizing personal identification collection.
- Enhanced Notification for Paid/Regular Payments: We will clearly guide the price, billing cycle, and cancellation method on the first payment screen, and explicit additional consent is required 30 days in advance when converting from free to paid or increasing regular payments.
- Newly Established Procedures for Rights Infringement Reports, Temporary Measures, and Copyright Notice-Deletion: We have detailed the processing procedures for reports and re-posting requests.
- Refinement of Procedures for Correcting Electronic Financial Transaction Errors, Strengthening Business Information Disclosure, and Youth Protection: We have reorganized user protection provisions.

- If you do not agree with the revised content, you may request account deletion from [My Info ▸ Account] or termination of the service contract through the customer center before the effective date. Continuing to use the service after the effective date will be considered as agreement to the revised terms.
