✨Job Description - Manage AI-first-pass translated content and the overall wording and sentences across the site so they appear natural and consistent for users in France or Italy - Check for omissions and translation errors in product registration information such as product names, detailed product descriptions, option copy, and more - Organize policy/guidance content such as Terms of Use, shipping/refund policies, and chatbot content, and revise it with clear wording so it does not cause misunderstanding from the customer’s perspective ✅Qualifications - Native-level proficiency in French or Italian, with the ability to conduct business communication in Korean - Strong understanding of the culture and expression styles of the relevant language region, enabling judgment of natural phrasing from a local user perspective - Strong ability to refine wording in a way that fits the context rather than translating literally - Interest in and affection for the beauty industry, beauty content, and online shopping 💖Preferred Qualifications - Frequent online shopper with an understanding of the overall flow of commerce services and user experience - Able to carefully perform repetitive, detailed review work while considering consistency in sentence tone and expression, as well as context - When translation review issues arise, able to propose improvements based on evidence and actively communicate with team members - TOPIK Korean Language Proficiency Test level 5 or higher - French or Italian nationals currently residing in Korea with no difficulty using Korean - Currently holding a D-10 visa or an F visa 🏠Work Location - 6F, H Square N-dong, 235 Pangyoyeok-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do ⚡️Hiring Process - Document screening → 1st interview (in person) → final acceptance and onboarding - An assignment review and additional interview may be added during the hiring process - The hiring process timeline varies by candidate and position, and the start date will be coordinated upon final acceptance 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: Ongoing hiring; may close early once positions are filled - Application method: Apply through an external site 📋Additional Information - This position requires working in Korea; overseas stay and remote work are not permitted - Simultaneous applications to multiple openings are not allowed, and reapplying to the same posting is only possible at least 6 months after receiving a rejection result - If false information is found in the resume or submitted documents, acceptance and employment may be canceled - For interns, the working period (3 months or 6 months) is determined through the hiring process - Apply by selecting the language you can speak: French or Italian - If you have local residence/stay experience, please include the duration and purpose of stay in detail in the documents - Application documents may be prepared in any format - Be sure to attach your resume and career history document as PDF files - For inquiries related to the application, please check the FAQ or contact the recruiting team (job@kakaostyle.com)
