✨Job Responsibilities - Build an organization where anyone at ConnectWave can utilize AI - Serve as the dedicated lead to expand AI utilization pilots currently underway in some organizations across the company - Analyze business operations in task units to identify AI application points and drive actual improvements - Connect members who are strong in AI utilization to build a structure that helps colleagues and provide coaching - Coordinate the scope of support, security, and infrastructure constraints so more members can use AI freely - Establish company-wide common standards and measurement methods suited to non-developer roles - Hire team members directly and build the team ✅Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in AI/AX-related fields, or equivalent experience and capabilities - Experience breaking down business work into task units through job analysis or process improvement and finding improvement points - Experience automating one’s own work with AI and using it in practice - Understanding sufficient to discuss and persuade development teams regarding AI utilization - Experience spreading AI utilization from one organization to colleagues or other departments - Experience leading change while collaborating with leaders and executives across multiple organizations 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience leading change management during periods of major change such as organizational restructuring - Experience establishing standards for AI tool adoption, security, and procurement - Experience setting a team direction, directly hiring and developing team members, and setting up a team 🏠Work Location - 17F, 298 Beotkkot-ro, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul (Gasan-dong, Daeryung Post Tower 6) ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening - First interview - Reference check and second interview - Compensation negotiation - Final acceptance 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: open until filled - Application method: apply via website 📋Other - Work department: ConnectWave HQ - Position: Team Leader - Employment type: Full-time - Probation period: 3 months, 100% salary paid - One AI/AX case (deliverable/result) must be submitted with the application - Resume in free format required - Reference checks may be conducted after interviews - Inquiries: cwrecruit@cowave.kr (Recruitment Team)
