✨Job Responsibilities - Overall operation of CellFusionC’s official mall and establishment of sales growth strategies - Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and manage performance - Analyze and improve key KPIs such as sales, contribution margin, average order value, and purchase conversion rate - Establish CRM strategies and run campaigns based on member and purchase data - Plan seasonal promotions, product assortments, and sales activation initiatives - Establish and operate online sales strategies for the new beauty device business - Discover new online channels, onboard them, and manage operations - Set product assortments, pricing, and promotion strategies tailored to each channel’s characteristics - Foster key products and expand sales through sales performance analysis - Identify growth opportunities through sales and customer data analysis by channel - Monitor major sales metrics and derive measures to improve performance - Execute sales strategies through collaboration with related departments such as marketing, design, and SCM ✅Qualifications - 5+ years of practical experience as an online MD or e-commerce channel sales professional in beauty-related categories - Experience using e-commerce operation solutions such as Cafe24 and Sabangnet - Ability to develop actionable sales strategies through analysis of sales and customer data - Ability to collaborate with related departments based on understanding of online advertising and marketing performance metrics - No restrictions on overseas travel 💖Preferred Qualifications - Strong understanding of the beauty and fashion industries and the ability to analyze market trends - Experience leading growth from the launch of a new brand or new business through to sales expansion - Experience with Cafe24-based brand-owned mall renewal and web page edits such as HTML/CSS - Experience planning and operating influencer markets (group purchases) - Experience improving work automation and productivity using generative AI such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini - Veterans and persons with disabilities preferred 🏠Work Location - 14th and 15th floors, 1 Gangnam-daero 51-gil, Seocho-gu, Seoul (511 Tower) ⚡️Hiring Process - Document screening - First interview - Second interview - Final offer 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: Early close once hiring is completed - How to apply: Apply through the website 📋Other - Employment type: Full-time (3-month probation) - Working hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours a day (flexible commuting system) - Required documents: Resume and career history in any format
