✨Job Description - Coordinate collaboration between multiple global IT service vendors and the internal SM organization in a global infrastructure environment - ServiceNow-based ticket handling and SLA quality management - English communication with global vendors, resolution of ticket backlogs, monitoring of SLA metrics, and quality improvement - Annual ITSM operations planning - Integrated management of global multi-vendor operations - Coordinate collaboration among vendors and clarify work boundaries (R&R) - Manage weekly/monthly vendor operations meetings and review contract scope execution - Manage the lifecycle of incident and service request handling using ServiceNow - Review unprocessed/delayed tickets and encourage prompt handling - Classify service requests and update standard approval procedures - Monitor SLA metrics by global site and prepare monthly service quality reports - Verify each vendor’s SLA achievement and manage source data for penalty/incentive settlement basis - Analyze root causes of recurring service quality issues and request/track preventive measures ✅Qualifications - 7 to under 17 years of hands-on experience in IT service management (ITSM, SM, IT outsourcing management) - Proficient in business English - Able to participate in technical video conferences with overseas vendors and global stakeholders, and communicate via English email - Able to write and review incident/quality reports in English - Must have hands-on experience using ServiceNow and operating/managing tickets - Experience directly managing outsourced vendors (Multi-Vendor/MSP) and operating SLA metrics - Bachelor’s degree or higher 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience in ITO/SM operations for global manufacturing companies (with many overseas plants/subsidiaries) - ITIL Foundation or higher, or SIAM-related certification - ServiceNow-related recognized certification (e.g., CSA) 🏠Work Location - 286 Pangyo-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do - Pangyo Techno Valley ⚡️Hiring Process - Document screening - 1st interview (personality test) - 2nd interview (medical examination) - Compensation negotiation (reference check) - Final selection 👉Application Period / Method - Application period: 2026.11.04 (Wed) 00:00 ~ 2099.12.31 (Thu) 00:00 / open until filled - How to apply: Submit your application on the recruitment website 📋Other - Working hours: 5 days a week (Mon–Fri) 8:00–17:00 - Employment type: Full-time regular employee (3-month probationary period) - The hiring process and schedule may change depending on company circumstances - If there is false information in the application or it cannot be verified, employment may be canceled - If another role is deemed more suitable based on the applicant’s aptitude and experience, the applied position may be changed - Veterans and persons with disabilities are given preference in accordance with relevant laws - Original documents submitted may be returned upon request by the applicant within 14 days from the date of final successful announcement; after the deadline, they will be destroyed
