✨Job Description - Through a special recruitment for entry-level global marketing roles for the U.S. and Europe, you will perform Amazon MD or TikTok Shop marketing duties. - Amazon MD plans Amazon marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and increase sales. - Develop operating strategies for product detail pages, advertising, and promotions that reflect each country’s market characteristics. - Identify brand positioning and new business opportunities through market and competitor analysis. - Develop product, pricing, and inventory operation strategies based on sales data. - Manage product SKUs and monitor consumer reviews. - Discover product USPs and plan content. - TikTok Shop marketing involves recruiting and collaborating with TikTok Shop creators in each assigned country. - Plan and produce content in collaboration with creators. - Be responsible for TikTok Shop operations and management. - Plan and manage TikTok Shop product detail pages. - Support planning and operation of TikTok Shop live broadcasts. - Plan promotions and marketing strategies to increase sales. - Discover content and marketing opportunities through analysis of market and consumer trends. ✅Qualifications - Applicants who are expected to graduate from, or have graduated from, a four-year university. - Must be able to communicate in business settings in the language of the country applied for. - Strong collaboration and communication skills are required. - Must be able to work proactively and with a sense of responsibility. - After the internship ends, there must be no disqualifying reason to continue employment if converted to a regular employee. - There must be no disqualifying reason for visa issuance when traveling overseas. - Understanding of the market and consumer characteristics of the country applied for is required. - Experience using TikTok or TikTok Shop, or a basic understanding of the platforms, is required. - Interest in K-Beauty, beauty content, and influencer marketing is required. - Candidates who pass document screening will proceed to the assignment and interview stages. - Only those who submit the assignment may attend the interview. - The final pass/fail decision will be made based on the combined results of the assignment and interview evaluations. -
