✨Job Description - Analyze sales, inventory, and trend data to derive insights. - Crawl and analyze data from global and domestic EC platforms. - Use Excel, Python, and SQL to perform data visualization and automate reports. - Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks. - Optimize work by leveraging ChatGPT, Claude, AI Agent, and others. - Apply AI models to product planning and sales forecasting. - Analyze the root cause of problems and derive data-driven improvement measures. - Perform sustainable problem solving using the Why-Driven Problem Solving approach. ✅Qualifications - 3 to under 15 years of relevant experience - Advanced Excel skills - Ability to write SQL queries (JOIN, CTE, etc.) - Experience in data analysis using Python - Active experience with or strong interest in the latest AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude - Experience in the fashion/apparel industry and in merchandising (MD) or retail data analysis - A mindset that values not only results but also the essence and process of problems 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience in the fashion industry and merchandising (MD) - Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake - Experience analyzing EC / Chinese platforms - Experience writing macros based on Excel VBA - Experience building data pipelines using SQL + Python 🏠Work Location - F&F Building, 8 Teheran-ro 8-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul - About a 5-minute walk from Gangnam Station on Subway Line 2 - 3-month probation period (same compensation and benefits) ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening > AI competency test > Interview (practical/management) > CEO interview > Final acceptance - The process may vary by job role. - The posting will close when recruitment ends. 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: until 2026-11-14 📋Other - Position: Data/AI Merchandising Analyst (Assistant Manager to Deputy General Manager level) - Employment type: Full-time - If there is any false information in the application, the acceptance may be canceled.
