✨Job Description - Process set-up and mass-production troubleshooting for semiconductor cleaning equipment - Responding to process issues and urgent requests on customer FAB sites - Identifying and resolving root causes through analysis of process data and equipment H/W - Establishing and executing improvement evaluation plans to enhance the performance and process quality of cleaning equipment - Verifying improvement effects through process evaluation results and data analysis - Optimizing process conditions and deriving directions for equipment performance improvement - Sharing technical data and coordinating process standards with relevant internal departments and customers - Analyzing issues from the perspective of process and equipment H/W, and identifying key problems - Technical review of customer requirements and collaboration to improve process quality ✅Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher - At least 1 year of experience in a related role - Ability to logically analyze and solve problems based on an understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment H/W - Detail-oriented with persistent execution to dig into one problem until it is fully resolved - Able to communicate and collaborate smoothly with design, control, development teams, and customers 💖Preferred Qualifications - Preferred majors: mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, electronic engineering, semiconductor engineering, etc. - Candidates with 3 or more years of experience in process and semiconductor Cleaning equipment-related roles - Experience in process set-up, troubleshooting, and mass-production stabilization for semiconductor cleaning equipment - Experience improving equipment H/W and process conditions based on process data analysis - Experience leading process improvement evaluations and reflecting results in equipment performance and process quality improvement - Experience handling process issues at customer FAB sites and negotiating/coordinating technical standards with related departments and customers - Veterans and persons with disabilities preferred 🏠Work Location - 5th Floor, 2060, Bubal-eup, Gyeongchung-daero, Icheon-si, Gyeonggi-do - KC Tech Icheon/Yongin Office - Wonsam-myeon, Cheoin-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do (Yongin Semiconductor Cluster) ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening - Online aptitude test - Interview process (1st/2nd/final) - Pre-employment health check - Final acceptance 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: ~ 2026-11-10 - How to apply: Apply according to the hiring process 안내 in the job posting 📋Other - Employment type: Full-time regular position - Department: FE Center CLN Process Team - Salary: Negotiable after interview (performance bonus separately) - Starting annual salary for new bachelor’s degree hires: 47 million KRW or more - Dormitory provided for long-distance residents (if rooms are available) - Settlement support allowance (KRW 300,000 per month) provided - New employees are subject to a 3-month probation period, during which 80% of salary is paid - Employment may be canceled if false information is entered in the application form
