✨Job Description - Plan characters, worldbuilding, and episodes for an original animation IP targeting women in their 20s and 30s. - Draw character designs and storyboards directly, and turn them into video using generative AI video tools. - Use animation tools such as After Effects to refine the motion, timing, and direction of AI-generated outputs while maintaining character quality. - Build and improve an AI-based production pipeline with the team for regular short-form and long-form releases. - Analyze channel data and adjust planning based on audience reactions. ✅Qualifications - Proficient in writing proposals and scripts for YouTube channels and content - Able to draw character designs and storyboards directly, and capable of digital drawing with a tablet - Able to produce basic animation directly using After Effects, etc. - Able to use video editing tools such as Premiere, etc. - In addition to animation production skills, experience creating work with generative AI image and video tools - High understanding of digital content platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, as well as new media content and creators - Strong knowledge of characters, memes, and aesthetics that women in their 20s and 30s like, and able to explain why - Skilled at planning for the defined target audience and bringing ideas together with teammates to create results - Portfolio submission required - Free-form resume/self-introduction and portfolio PDF required - Open to entry-level applicants - Portfolio including character design, storyboard, and AI video work is required - Must attach hand-drawn character designs and animation storyboards - When submitting the portfolio, clearly describe the parts you contributed to - No disqualifying reason for overseas travel - No false information in the application 💖Preferred - Experience operating an SNS channel or account with content made using AI tools - Ability to communicate proactively with various stakeholders - Experience growing a YouTube channel successfully - Fast adaptability and self-directed execution - Enjoys trying new AI tools first and sharing them with the team - Experience making emojis, goods, etc. with characters you created yourself - Registered persons with disabilities and employment-protected groups such as veterans 🏠Work Location - 17 Seobinggo-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul ⚡️Hiring Process - Document screening - Assignment screening - Interview with the working team - Final acceptance - Depending on the position, the assignment and interview stages may be added or changed - Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted individually - Recruitment closes once filled 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: until 2026-12-02 - How to apply: submit a free-form resume/self-introduction and portfolio PDF 📋Other - Employment type is a 12-month contract, with potential conversion to full-time based on evaluation - Salary will be discussed after final selection - Collaboration via Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace - Use production tools such as Photoshop, Clip Studio, After Effects, and Premiere - Use generative AI tools such as Claude, GPT, and ComfyUI - Reapplication or duplicate applications are not allowed for 3 months after the initial application
