✨Job Description - Operate and manage compensation programs as a Total Rewards Specialist - Prepare labor cost budgets, forecasting, cost analysis, and simulations - Operate and manage the annual merit increase and promotion cycle - Operate and analyze incentive and bonus programs - Conduct market benchmarking and analyze compensation structures - Manage and improve compensation-related data, models, templates, and reporting tools - Collaborate with People Partner, Finance, Payroll, and others to coordinate compensation and labor cost-related work ✅Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field - 3–5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Planning, labor cost management, or HR Analytics - Hands-on experience in labor cost budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, or compensation analysis - Advanced Excel skills - Experience developing and managing financial or labor cost models - Experience processing large-scale data - Understanding of compensation principles, salary structures, and incentive programs - Able to communicate in Korean and English, both written and spoken - Possess a valid driver’s license and passport - No disqualifying reasons for overseas travel - Able to use a computer for extended periods in an office environment - Able to work flexible hours and travel within the region or domestically for business purposes 💖Preferred - Experience with HRIS, ERP, or data analysis/reporting tools - Persons with disabilities and veterans 🏠Work Location - 127, Gonghangmunhwa-ro, Jung-gu, Incheon ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening - Interview with the recruiting manager - Business interviews (2 or more rounds) - Reference check - On-Boarding 👉Application Period / Method - Application period: until the position is filled - How to apply: Apply directly through the official INSPIRE recruitment page and upload a bilingual Korean-English resume (Word or PDF) 📋Other - If no notification of the document screening result is received within 30 days after application, it will be considered a failure at the document screening stage - Final results will be announced via the internal recruitment page after the process is closed - Supporting documents such as certificates and degrees will be requested later if needed - Do not include resident registration number, family information, or other personal information in the resume - If any false information is found in the application, the offer may be revoked - The title and internal compensation structure may not be related; job duties and grade may be separately communicated before final hiring - Hiring may be restricted if legal qualifications related to recruitment and job performance are not met - Personal information unrelated to the job is not requested
