✨Job Description - Planning and producing viral social media advertising and video/image content for domestic and overseas markets - Managing upload schedules and operations for the company’s domestic and overseas social media channels - Monitoring trends and viral content/advertising references by platform in domestic and overseas markets - Tracking content performance data and preparing analysis reports - Deriving content improvement directions based on performance data and applying feedback quickly ✅Qualifications - Up to 1 year of viral marketing experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply - Strong understanding of domestic and overseas social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as short-form trends - Proficient with video/image editing tools such as CapCut, MiriCanvas, and Photoshop - Highly interested in content creation using generative AI tools and eager to actively apply them at work - Able to strictly follow scheduled timelines and deadlines, and complete work responsibly - Unafraid to try new approaches and able to rapidly improve content based on results - Submission of a resume, cover letter, and portfolio is required - Applications must be written around projects you have carried out, and must clearly state your contribution and project results 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience operating personal or brand SNS channels and producing content - Understanding of English-language content and North American SNS trends - Strong interest in major North American e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and local consumer trends - Experience analyzing content performance based on data rather than guesswork and deriving improvement measures - Ability to logically organize your planning intent and ideas, and document them clearly - Ongoing search for and analysis of the latest viral content and advertising references across various SNS platforms 🏠Work Location - 145, Gasan digital 1-ro, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul (Gasan-dong, Ace High-End Tower 3) ⚡️Hiring Process - Document screening > Interview (practical) > Compensation discussion > Joining - The hiring process may be added to or omitted depending on the role/situation 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: until 2026-11-30 - Application method: rolling applications 📋Other - 3-month probation period - 100% salary paid during the probation period as well - Final transition to regular employment based on evaluation results - After joining, and with individual consent, an employment contract will be signed under the name of LSSC Co., Ltd. or an affiliated corporation of our company - When the contract is executed, the specific corporate name will be stated, and all other employment conditions will be the same
