✨Job Description - Internal partner management for pressure vessel construction management and manufacturing - Management of schedule, delivery, quality, cost, technology, safety, worksite, manpower, and equipment - Management of materials, progress rate, earned value, changes, and risk factors - Issue management during the manufacturing process of pressure vessel products - Establishment of manufacturing process schedules and progress management against production plans - Priority adjustment according to the situation - On-site work management and job coordination with internal partner companies - Monitoring basic quality maintenance such as welding pre/post-heating and construction document management - When quality nonconformities occur, proposing corrective actions and managing implementation - Site safety accident prevention activities and identification/improvement of unsafe factors ✅Qualifications - Graduated from a junior college or higher - Any major - At least 2 years of work experience in pressure vessel manufacturing - Ability to understand the pressure vessel manufacturing process - Work experience in the same industry - Ability to prepare documents using a PC and use MS Office - Ability to use ERP systems - Competence in understanding and utilizing documents related to pressure vessel manufacturing, production processes, partner companies, and production resources - Ability to communicate smoothly and effectively with team members, other departments, and partner companies - On-site management experience in the manufacturing industry - For men, military service completed or exempted 💖Preferred - Preference given to national merit recipients - Preference given in accordance with relevant laws regarding persons with disabilities 🏠Workplace - 259 Jeokhyeon-ro, Seongsan-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam - Changwon Plant 2 (Daewon-dong) ⚡️Hiring Process - Document screening → Working-level interview → Executive interview → Offer notification 👉Recruitment Period/Method - Application period: 2026.11.02 ~ 2026.11.15 (* closes when filled) - Application method: Online application only through the Beomhan Mechatech recruitment website 📋Other - 1 person - Assistant Manager to General Manager level - 1-year contract, extendable up to 2 years based on work performance evaluation - The schedule for the selection process and announcement of successful candidates will be individually notified via email or mobile text message - If the content of the application form differs from the facts, the pass/offer (employment) will be canceled - For inquiries, please use the QnA board on the recruitment website
