✨Job Responsibilities - Design the overall architecture of the AI platform and establish the technical roadmap - Design MSA and define service boundaries - Standardize API design and establish API Gateway strategy - Design an integrated architecture between the data pipeline and ML serving infrastructure - Establish CI/CD strategy and design a GitOps-based deployment system - Define branch strategy, deployment units, and release processes - Establish an incident response system and incident management process - Design a DevSecOps framework that reflects security and compliance requirements - Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data engineers to establish technical standards - Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical mentoring - Build technical documentation and knowledge-sharing systems ✅Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering - Experience as a Tech Lead or Architect - Experience leading large-scale system architecture design and technical decision-making - Experience designing, building, and operating Kubernetes-based platforms - Experience establishing CI/CD pipeline strategies and building a GitOps framework - Experience in hybrid environments combining public cloud (AWS, GCP, NCP, etc.) and on-premises - Experience designing monitoring and logging systems - Strong technical communication skills with various stakeholders such as developers, PMs, and business teams - Technical documentation writing and presentation skills - Ability to translate requirements into concrete technical designs - No disqualifying issues for overseas travel or visa issuance - For men, military service must be completed or exempted 💖Preferred - Relevant major - Relevant certifications - Experience designing AI/ML service architectures - Experience designing event-driven architectures - Experience building GPU clusters and multi-tenancy environments - Experience designing and operating ML pipelines (Kubeflow, MLflow, etc.) - Experience with architecture frameworks - Persons of national merit - Persons with disabilities 🏠Work Location - 14F, 54, Gwacheon-daero 2-gil, Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do ⚡️Hiring Process - Application screening - AI aptitude test - First interview - Job evaluation - Second interview - Culture fit assessment - Final acceptance 👉Application Period / Method - Application period: open until filled - How to apply: apply via the company homepage 📋Others - Submission of a career experience statement is required - Please refer to the homepage for the exact closing date - Hiring will be canceled if false information is found in the application or submitted documents - No-smoking policy enforced
