✨Job Description - The Backend Planning Team is responsible for planning and operating the backend areas of the platform, including orders/payments, products, coupons, search, recommendation services, members, and claims platforms. - The team oversees platform and admin functions for the assigned domain in an integrated manner, and drives the introduction of new services and improvements to existing services. - It develops product policies and platform problem-solving strategies based on data analysis and customer analysis. - It is responsible for W Concept’s global backend platform planning and display/APP service planning. - It manages the priority and schedule of the products in charge. - It leads communication with business units and internal/external development teams for strategy formulation, requirement finalization, and service improvement. ✅Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in e-commerce platform planning, PM, or PO - Experience in backend domains and front/admin planning such as members, orders/payments, settlement, coupons, claims, partner service selling tools, and API integration design - Experience solving problems through customer behavior and data analysis - Experience introducing new services, improving services, and leading projects - Experience deriving pain points through data analysis and improving services based on them - Ability to proactively solve problems and write structured planning documents 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience working as a service planner, PM, or PO at major domestic/overseas e-commerce/platform companies - Capability in performance prediction and analysis through data collection, analysis, and experimentation - Experience overseeing the full lifecycle from product definition to post-launch improvement - A proactive attitude toward identifying and solving problems 🏠Workplace - 1st and 2nd floors, 30 Yeongshin-ro 34-gil, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul (Yeongdeungpo-dong 4-ga, KB Yeongdeungpo Tower) ⚡️Hiring Process - Application submission - Resume screening - 1st interview (practical) - 2nd interview (organizational fit) - Reference check - Compensation discussion - Finalize start date - Join W Concept - Depending on the team/organization situation, a pre-assignment, coding test, additional in-person interview, or additional online interview may be conducted/changed. - A 3-month probation period and probation review will be conducted after joining. 👉Recruitment Period/Method - Application period: open until filled - How to apply: apply through the website 📋Other - After joining, there will be a 3-month probation period and probation review, and salary will be paid at 100%.
