✨Job Description - Establish the product roadmap for the entire AI underwriting transformation process for non-life insurance and own it end to end - Define business requirements and product requirements from business needs, and manage the backlog for engineering and vendors - Scope and lead the execution of short-term improvements to existing underwriting rules and processes - Gather requirements for the next-generation underwriting system and lead vendor evaluation - Collaborate with the PO of 라이나생명 to align common components and schedules across both systems - Run Agile Scrum sessions and manage vendor-led development - Track and report key underwriting metrics after system implementation ✅Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or PM - Strong data-driven decision-making skills - Ability to translate complex business rules into product requirements - Experience collaborating with related departments such as engineering, underwriting, and claims assessment - Experience operating in Agile and Scrum environments - Experience in vendor selection and management - Experience operating compliance/risk processes for system changes in regulated industries 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience in general insurance or P&C insurance underwriting - Experience evaluating and implementing core underwriting or policy administration systems - Experience with rule engines, decision support tools, or AI/ML-based risk models - CSPO or equivalent project management certification 🏠Work Location - 48 Sambong-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul (Lina Tower) ⚡️Selection Process - Document screening - Practical interview - Executive interview - Joining 👉Recruitment Period/Method - Application period: open until filled - Application method: apply via the company website 📋Other - Hiring for AI Underwriting Product Owner (Assistant Manager - Department Head)
